- An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join an exciting organisation based in Cambridge on a part-time, temporary basis.
- The role requires previous experience in a similar position and a strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing the Accounts Payable inbox, and reconciling supplier statements.
- This position offers hybrid working arrangements and can be worked across 3 full days or spread throughout the week.
- The salary for this role is competitive and the contract will last for a period of 3 months.
As the incoming Finance Assistant, you will be tasked with the following duties, including:
- Processing invoices and managing Accounts Payable inbox
- Reconciling supplier statements and credit cards
- Processing employee expenses
- Assisting with quarter and year end duties
- Additional ad hoc duties as required
The successful candidate for this role will have previous experience working in a similar role with strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles. You will also display strong attention to detail, good IT literacy and excellent communication skills, both on a written and verbal level.
