A client of ours in the Eddington area is recruiting an Operations Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm and paying up to 43,000 per annum depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Operations Coordinator role will include but are not limited to:
- Supporting project administration, including reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Monitoring project timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Acting as a central point of contact for administrative queries and supporting the leadership team.
- Coordinating onboarding, training, CPD programmes, and team events.
- Managing general office administration, including travel, expenses, supplies, and H&S compliance.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
- Proven experience in a team coordinator, project administrator, or similar support role.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project management systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience in architectural or design studio environments is a plus.
