Due to organisational growth and expansion a role has been opened for a Digital Delivery Lead



Your new role

As well skilled and adapt individual your key accountabilities are to lead a product family delivering exam digital business products to groups, ensuring that those who are delivering business needs to have a managed lifecycles and that service is meeting expectations. This will include all aspects of Run, improve and Change, with focus of digital transformation. you are accountable for driving productivity across the portfolio and project services delivered by the product family, whilst ensuring achievement of the quality standards and schedules required.

Your role will be to ensure full use of the ETO best practices for ITIL, Agile and test strategies to support the delivery of high-quality product service. You will need to disaster recover by BackUp restore and Arching service for each product portfolio with the agreed recovery service levels.

You will be building and promoting effective working relationships with stakeholders, customers, suppliers and colleagues, working effectively across group and related organisation.



What you will need to succeed

• Professionally qualified / certified in management of technology and agile delivery such as Scrum master, SAFE or similar
• Technical experience in the following areas
• Business Capabilities vision and API integrations
• Solutions development and maintenance
• Experience with Cloud Solutions
• Change and Release Management
• ITIL Service Management
• Strong experience in third party management with focus on managed services
