We're working with a well-established architecture practice in Cambridge who are looking to add an experienced Architectural Technician to their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected studio with a strong portfolio across [residential / education / commercial - tailor as needed] sectors, known for delivering high-quality design and technical detailing.

The Role:
You'll be involved in projects from early technical design through to construction, producing detailed drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and supporting project delivery within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and construction packages

• Work closely with architects and project leads to develop design intent

• Liaise with consultants, clients, and contractors to resolve technical issues

• Ensure drawings comply with current UK building regulations and standards

About You:

• Qualified Architectural Technician or Technologist (CIAT membership beneficial)

• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing

• Proficient in AutoCAD/ Revit

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Previous experience within a UK architectural practice
