Are you a hands-on Quality & Compliance professional looking for a role where you can really make an impact?
We’re working with an engineering-led business seeking a Compliance & Quality Engineer to take ownership of their QMS, compliance and HSE activities. You’ll work closely with engineering, production and leadership teams, playing a key role in maintaining standards, supporting audits and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities for the Compliance & Quality Engineer job:
- Owning the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Leading internal audits and supporting external accreditations
- Ensuring regulatory, customer and legislative compliance
- Working with Engineering & Procurement on materials and supplier compliance
- Overseeing HSE, including COSHH and environmental responsibilities
Skills and experience for the Compliance & Quality Engineer job:
- Experience in Quality, Compliance or Assurance within an engineering environment
- Strong audit and quality systems knowledge
- Confident communicator who can influence across teams
- ASQ certification a plus, not essential
