Daily Duties
- Lead projects through RIBA Stages 1-6
- Develop initial design concepts into detailed technical packages
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and planning authorities
- Manage project programmes, budgets, and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and construction standards
- Use Revit daily as a primary design and documentation tool
Ideal Candidate
- ARB registered (essential)
- Previous experience in a UK architectural practice
- Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Ability to balance multiple project demands with confidence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for high-quality, sustainable architecture
