Architect

Conrad Consulting are working with an award-winning, creative architecture practice to secure the services of a talented Architect to join their thriving team in Cambridge. This practice has been established for a number of decades, and due to their continuous success, can now boast multiple expanding offices across the UK.

The practice have forged a reputation for successfully delivering a varied range of projects within a range of sectors including Education, Residential, Conservation as well as Sport and Leisure - with sustainability at the core of everything they do.

The ideal Architect will be a well-rounded candidate and possess strong design, technical and communication skills. They should be able to clearly demonstrate experience of managing their own projects as well as working as part of a wider team on larger-scale projects. A particular focus on RIBA stages 3-5 will be required for the role to be a success and so Architects who possess extensive experience within these particular phases of the design process will be highly sought after.

The successful Architect can expect to be provided with an enthusiastic and friendly working environment within which to flourish!

Architect Requirements:

• ARB Registered Architect with at least 5 years post qualification experience
• Able to demonstrate project running experience across all work stages
• Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and NBS
• Fully proficient in AutoCAD & Revit (BIM Level 2)
• Working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Create Suite is advantageous

Salary offered is likely to be between 35,000 - 45,000 depending on experience.
