They provide a start to finish architectural service that integrates funding and planning advice, consultancy, building surveying, conservation and contemporary architecture. They now have an new opportunity within their Cambridge studio for a Senior Architect to join their team and contribute to prestigious and potentially career defining projects, working on iconic historic buildings.
The successful candidate will have:-
Provide Technical design leadership within a project team
Excellent Technical and detailing skills for RIBA stages 4 and 5 .
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Experience working on a broad range of project sizes and values.
Be a proficient user of AutoCAD, Revit and NBS software.
Be well organised, proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and projects.
Have excellent communication skills.
Contribute to the practice-wide Technical Leadership Group
