Senior Architect

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £35-40,000

A leading architectural studio is seeking a Senior Architect to join its RIBA-chartered team in Cambridge. The practice is renowned for its innovative, design-led approach and landmark projects across commercial, residential and mixed-use sectors. The award-winning team has long-lasting relationships with their clients, due to the attention to detail given and providing client-led designs.

Role:

  • Lead the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion
  • Manage project teams and coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative studio culture
  • Ensure design integrity and technical rigour across all stages
  • Contribute to business development through design presentations and client engagement
  • AutoCAD and Revit proficiency is beneficial

Experience for the role of Senior Architect:

  • ARB registered
  • Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
  • Diverse portfolio with a range of projects showcased
  • Proven track record in running projects through all RIBA stages
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
