Senior Architectural Technologist / Technical Lead Cambridge – North Area Salary £40,000 to £50,000 – depending on experienceWant to work with an Architectural practice that can offer you a huge variety of projects and the chance to be the office lead for a growing and well reputed practice?Are you currently a Job Running Architectural Technologist looking for a new position where you can take that to the next step and soon run a small team?If you thinking about new roles and want to hear more, get in touch!About the business & opportunity We are working with a medium sized Architectural practice who are now looking to grow their Cambridge team with 3 more team members!Fairly new to the area, this business have 3 offices across central England, working on projects all across the country in a huge range of sectors, high end residential, education, healthcare, leisure, community and heritage, to name a few.If you’re an all rounder and have managed a range of schemes, this is the perfect position for you!This business use Revit, so we’re looking for someone who ideally already has great experience with BIM and wants to help develop that across the office. Ideally you would have worked across the RIBA stages, but obviously very strong from stage 4 through to completion.Due to the growth of this office, we’re looking for someone who wants progression, as there is the opportunity for you to move into the Office Technical Lead in the near future, where you can involved in the growth of the office with being included in operations such as recruitment, bringing in new business, project delivery and other more senior responsibilities.Why would you want to work for this practice?
