You'll be involved across all RIBA stages, collaborating with clients, consultants, and colleagues to deliver high-quality design and technical solutions. What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading technical design and project delivery across multiple RIBA stages.
  • Managing and mentoring a small team, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Overseeing technical design packages, ensuring compliance with UK Building and Planning regulations.
  • Contributing to practice-wide technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
What we’re looking for:
  • A strong career history working as an Architectural Technologist.
  • CIAT accreditation.
  • Strong technical and detailing skills, with expertise in AutoCAD & Revit.
  • A solid understanding of UK regulations and experience across technical RIBA stages.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in conservation projects is a plus but not essential.
