C++ Developer

Location: Cambridge

We are exclusively partnered with a company in Cambridge specialising in high-end audio software. Due to growth and expansion of their range, they are looking for a C++ Developer to turn existing DSP into commercial-grade plug-ins and help shape the next generation of audio products.

In this C++ Developer role, you will:

  • Turn existing DSP code into professional audio plug-ins for macOS and Windows
  • Develop engaging and dynamic user interfaces from designer mock-ups
  • Support licensing, protection workflows, and software releases
  • Maintain and improve existing plug-ins in collaboration with the wider team

The ideal C++ Developer will have:

  • Strong experience in C++ development in an audio or music-related environment
  • Expertise with JUCE and plug-in development (highly beneficial)
  • Familiarity with cross-platform software development
  • Understanding of real-time or low-latency programming principles
  • A keen interest in music, audio production, or sound technology
