Our client, a professional membership organisation is recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support their team on a temporary basis until end of April 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and can hit the ground running in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day financial administration support, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims using Xero accounting software
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations
  • Schedule and coordinate finance-related meetings, including diary management and meeting preparation
  • Liaise with the Finance Team, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow
  • Support membership-related financial processes (e.g., renewals, payments, and reporting)
  • Maintain confidential records in line with organisational and data protection requirements

About You:

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally within a finance or membership setting
  • Proficiency in Xero (or similar accounting software)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to work
  • High levels of integrity, reliability, and discretion when handling sensitive information
