- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet data and reporting requirements.
- Project manage the entire dashboard development process: from requirements gathering and data design to drafting visualisations and final delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks, including data quality issues and Information Governance (IG) compliance.
- Maintain clear communication of the project plan, updates, and delivery timelines with all stakeholders.
- Work closely with both the CAMEO team and the Lead for Performance & Analytics to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Proven experience in business analysis, performance reporting, or data analytics—preferably within the NHS or healthcare sector.
- Strong skills in project management and stakeholder communication.
- Understanding of data warehousing, visualisation tools, and IG/data quality standards.
- Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality outcomes.
