Do you have…

  • Investor relations, legal, operational or entrepreneurial expertise? Any of these would be a real plus!
  • Previous experience as an EA , Operations Manager or Chief of Staff.
  • Start-up or fast growth environment experience.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.

In this hands-on, collaborative and varied role you'll split your time between:

  • EA support to a busy, dynamic CEO with everything from calendar, travel and inbox management to drafting and refining internal communications.
  • Preparing agendas, presentations, board meetings and key meeting follow-ups.
  • Acting as a trusted liaison between the leadership team and the wider organisation.
  • Supporting occasional personal admin with discretion and care.
  • Supporting the management team by driving alignment, execution and strategic follow-through.
  • Owning key projects with will help the business scale.

Excitingly you'll own:-

  • The tracking and driving of projects and operational priorities.
  • Monitoring internal processes, identifying friction points, and suggesting improvements.
  • Coordinating leadership meetings, project timelines, and execution rhythms.
  • Shaping and supporting initiatives that strengthen the culture and team engagement.
  • Light-touch support on business tools, project management, and efficiency systems.
