What do the team do?

This role sits within the Finance team and works closely with the Facilities Manager to run the day-to-day operations across the Price Bailey offices. They are the main point of contact for both contractors and staff to ensure a safe and efficient working environment that meets the needs of the practice.

What will I be doing?

As a Facilities Coordinator you will have ownership of the following tasks:

  • Monitoring preventative and reactive maintenance across all offices, log and schedule contractor site visits on our facilities management ticket system (CAFM).
  • Being the main point of contact for contractors and staff during maintenance visits.
  • Reviewing all maintenance service reports, review and book recommended remedial works.
  • Responding to general enquiries, logging all on the facilities management ticket system (CAFM).
  • Monitoring safe working practices across all offices, including contractor health and safety processes.
  • Assisting with office moves and refurbishments and new supplier tenders.
  • Checking supplier invoices and preparing budget information.

What experience do I need?

Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you:

  • Experience working in a Facilities Administration / Coordinator role (minimum criteria).
  • Have an understanding of office health and safety requirements (minimum criteria).
  • Good planning and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Works well in a team.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications.
