We are working with a well-established and people-focused organisation based in south Cambridge that is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing end-to-end recruitment processes and thrives on partnering with hiring managers to find the best talent.  Talent Acquisition Advisor Location - Cambridge (Hybrid – 3 days on site, 2 days remote)Salary - £30,000 – £35,000The role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis. Key Responsibilities
  • Running recruitment campaigns from vacancy approval to offer stage
  • Supporting hiring managers with planning, advertising, interviews, and offers
  • Using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to source top talent directly
  • Acting as a true recruitment partner across the organisation
  • Ensuring every candidate has a smooth and professional experience
  • Championing diversity and inclusive hiring
  • Reporting on key recruitment metrics
  • Constantly looking for ways to streamline and improve the recruitment process
About you
  • Proven internal recruitment or talent acquisition experience
  • Methodical and process driven approach
  • Confident communicator who can advise and influence hiring managers
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple vacancies across varied functions
  • Passionate about delivering inclusive and engaging recruitment experiences
