Are you a skilled Carpenter/Joiner looking for a rewarding role in a dynamic environment? Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced professional to join their Estates Operations team on a permanent basis, helping maintain and improve facilities that support essential services
Carpenter/Joiner
Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
(Apply online only) - inclusive of retention bonus
Hours: 37.5 per week (covering service between 7am-6pm, with occasional out-of-hours emergency recall)
Contract: Permanent
What you'll do as the Carpentry professional:
- Carry out Carpentry/Joinery repairs, installations, and refurbishment work across the premises
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications without supervision.
- Operate complex carpentry equipment and machinery safely
- Undertake glazing repairs, ceiling installations, and other specialist tasks
- Participate in planned preventative maintenance and inspections
- Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and visitors while maintaining confidentiality
What we're looking in a Carpenter/Joiner:
- Completed Carpentry/Joinery Apprenticeship or relevant experience
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience.
- Strong craft skills and ability to work independently
