Business Development Manager - SaaS & ARR Sales (Hospitality Sector)

Location: Cambridge/London

Salary: up to £50,000 + OTE £70,000 Uncapped Commission + Car

About the Role:

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help expand our client base within the hospitality industry, selling a cutting-edge SaaS solution that enhances operational efficiency and drives business success for hotels. As a leading manufacturer of electronic security products, this prestigious brand already has strong relationships with major hotel chains. The role involves selling new products and systems into an established portfolio while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell SaaS/ARR-based solutions into hotels and the wider hospitality sector.
  • Identify, engage, and close deals with key decision-makers (General Managers, Revenue Managers, IT Directors, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account growth.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
