At Carriera, we are working with a consultant based in central Cambridge with over 30 years' experience in the industry. You will be able to develop your expertise through the guidance of leading RICS-accredited professionals who are expanding their dynamic Building Surveying team and looking for a motivated individual to deliver high-quality services across a range of sectors including commercial and residential.

Tailored to your success:

Operating 13 offices across the UK and employing over 1,000 professionals, you will be part of a well established consultancy (est. 1943) where you will not only be able to advance your APC but also work across a diverse portfolio including Landlords, Corporate Occupancy and Charities ensuring each client receives practical, compliant, and cost-effective surveying solutions.

You will also work across broad specifications including building pathology, dilapidations, contract administration, defect diagnosis whilst having the opportunity to take your first steps in the mentorship and management of supporting graduates. 

You won't just be assisting, you'll contribute and make a real impact. Conducting key professional services and collaborating with an approachable, tight-nit team - you'll be at the heart of it all. 

What you will need:

  • Graduated in Building Surveying
  • Currently working on or completed your APC 
  • Experience working in residential / commercial sectors
  • Proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a fast-paced practice
