Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings to identify maintenance needs.

• Plan and oversee repair and maintenance tasks.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Coordinate with contractors and service providers.

• Maintain records of maintenance activities.

Person Specifications
Must Have

• Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

• Eligibility to work in the UK.

• Experience in building maintenance or similar roles.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Relevant qualifications in building services.

• Experience working with local councils or public sector.

• Good communication skills.
