What You'll Be Doing
路Pre-acquisition building surveys 聽
路Preparation and negotiation of the schedule of dilapidations
路Preparation of schedules of works
路Contract Administration
路Assessment of rebuild cost for insurance purposes
路Planned maintenance programmes
聽
What We're Looking For
路MRICS status or MCIOB
路Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, preferably within a private consultancy.
路Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction processes.
路Excellent project management and communication skills.
