Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize workload effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed within set deadlines.

  • Conduct comprehensive surveys and inspections of buildings, including accessing roofs and confined spaces.

  • Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with Building and Construction Design and Management Regulations.

  • Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on survey findings and construction assessments.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors and local authorities, to ensure project success.

  • Utilize knowledge of RICS Valuation Standards in evaluating building projects.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to construction projects and inspections.

Person Specifications

  • Possess a Higher BTEC certificate in Building Studies or equivalent qualification.

  • Comprehensive experience and understanding of construction techniques and processes.

  • Strong contract management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with diverse teams.

  • Proven problem-solving abilities and strong project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong initiative and flexibility.

  • Hold a valid driving license and be willing to travel as required for site inspections.
