Groundworker

Orbit Workforce Solutions are recruiting for a Groundworker with Dumper & Roller tickets for long-term work in Cambridgeshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating forward-tipping dumper to transport materials safely around site

• Assisting with loading and unloading materials

• Supporting groundworks operations including backfilling and site preparation

• Operating ride-on roller for compaction works when required

• Working closely with site supervisors and other trades

• Carrying out daily plant checks and reporting any defects

• Adhering to all site health & safety regulations

• Maintaining a safe and tidy work area

Key Requirements:

• Must hold a valid NVQ in Groundworks

• Valid CSCS card

• CPCS or NPORS Dumper & Roller tickets

• Must be able to drive and have own transport

• Proven experience operating dumper on site

• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to long-term work
