As a maintenance team member, your role includes identifying and resolving maintenance issues in bedrooms and public areas from within the hotel and ensuring that our guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay. This is a very hands-on role with the requirement for direct action in all areas and close engagement with the hotel management to ensure the standards of maintenance is adhered to.
A Welcome Break Maintenance Team Member would ideally:
路 Performing general repairs and services
路 Perform all routine preventable maintenance
路 Maintain clean and tidy plant rooms
路 Attend all types of repairs and maintenance work in the hotel
路 Repair and maintain guest room facilities, lights, furniture and equipment
路 Record daily service work
路 Respond to requests from management regarding maintenance issues throughout the day
路 Check with the hotel rules and regulations as outlined in the company handbook
路 Comply with policies relating to Health and Safety at work
路 Knowledge of heating and hot water systems
