CNC Turning Supervisor Wanted – Hands-On Role with a Great Team!

Are you a CNC Turner who’s ready to take that next step—or already leading a team and looking for a fresh challenge? We’ve got just the thing.

We’re working with a specialist engineering business (think cool parts, tight tolerances, top-tier kit) who are on the hunt for an experienced Supervisor to support our management team and lead a small, skilled team within our turning department. You will need to be a fully skilled CNC Turner with experience in offline programming on HyperMill to manufacture high-quality, precision components in a range of raw materials.

You’ll be doing a bit of everything—setting and operating modern CNC lathes with Fanuc and Siemens controls, overseeing workflow, keeping quality tight, and getting stuck into turning parts that really matter.
