The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of construction projects, including procurement, cost control, and contractual negotiations. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time, maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors alike.
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
- Experience working with NEC contractsÂ
- Experience working on Education projects £30m+Â
- Strong knowledge of contract management and estimating procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple Projects simultaneously
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
- Experience working with various types of construction projects and budgets
