Description

  • Manage project teams and resources to deliver construction projects on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure project objectives are met
  • Oversee the project budget, prepare financial reports, and implement cost-saving measures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
  • Resolve any issues or delays to ensure projects stay on track
  • Implement and manage quality control processes
  • Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for each project

Profile

A successful 'Senior Project Manager' should have:
