CSS Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
Candidates must have experience in groundworks and building contracts, with a focus on residential new builds, and should be knowledgeable about health and safety on construction sites.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary, with additional benefits including 23 days of annual leave, private healthcare, and a company car or car allowance.
Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a clean driving license.

CSS Recruitment are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our clients team in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.

Requirements:

Oral and written skills.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Organisation skills.
Able to use a tablet/ computer knowledge.
Knowledge of heath and safety on construction sites - qualification.
Experience in groundworks, building contracts and working with client production teams. Desired if groundworks in residential new build.
Able to resource programme planning and tender review.
Able to review monthly Cost Value reports.
Able to identify anf resolve problems promptly. Reliable and diplomatic, clean driving licence, self-motivated.

This is a full time role based in Cambridge office. Managing several sites across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Essex.
