Well established principal contractor with a long reputation of delivering projects across East Anglia, working across a number of sectors including Commercial, Healthcare, Defence and Education, as well as key frameworks across the region

Your new role
Due to a growing order book they are now seeking a Contracts Manager to join their operational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contract administration, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate Site Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts and project delivery.
  • Monitor project budgets, manage cost control processes, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met and projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any contractual issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on contract status, project progress, and financial performance for senior management.
