The Role:
Due to continued growth, theyare seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, youwill be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple commercial and office fit-out projects, typically ranging from 1 million to 15 million in value.

Lead project teams, including Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and subcontractors.

Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with all health & safety and building regulations.

Drive continuous improvement and contribute to company growth.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role within the commercial/office fit-out sector.

Strong understanding of the construction process, project programming, and cost control.

Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.

A commercially astute mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach.

Relevant construction-related qualification (HNC/HND/Degree preferred).

SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White card), and First Aid certification desirable.
