Senior Project/Training Programme Manager

Due to continued success, a head office location of company who's mission is changing leaders who change the world, has an exciting opportunity to join their organisation as a Senior Project/Training Programme Manager:

  • Project managing training programmes that address specific learning and strategic needs for corporate clients, from cradle to grave (courses could be presented in person or digitally, as well as live on-line journey)
  • Working closely with BDM team, and understanding clients specifics, building an innovative, engaging and performance enhancing programme
  • Manage team of Programme Co-ordinator, support, delegate, implement beneficial change, building on their digital ability, and driving the understanding and need for visibility and progress reporting internally
  • Action all requirements for programmes with internal stakeholders and IT
  • Attend programmes to ensure smooth operation, engage with delegates during the programme, obtain and analyse feedback post programme, and identify changes if required
  • Working in conjunction with other SPM's and providing coverage and support when required, as well as working alongside Head of Department on projects and assisting with system changes

We would expect the successful Senior Project/Training Programme Manager to be authentic, have a motivating proactive leadership style, and enjoy taking ownership of programmes, be an excellent communicator and have confident, tactful manner, with the natural ability to educate others. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the companies processes and procedures, working knowledge of (url removed) would be advantageous. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Training Course Creation, Client Relation Management, or have owed your own Training Company (ideally from the educational sector)
