The Area Manager position is a permanent, field-based role requiring attendance at the office as needed.

The role offers a salary range of £100 for out-of-hours escalations or half a day’s holiday entitlement, with a standard workweek of 45 hours from Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities include managing engineers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Manage a team for of Service Engineers and Installers

Responcible for delivery of CP12 landlord certification in line with clients programme of works.

Undertake Safety and Quality Assurance audits

Manage the end-to-end installation process inc:- Pre-survey, management of installation, carrying out post complete sign off audits.

Ensuring compliance with all aspects of Health & Safety Policy and Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998.

On-board and induct new Engineers & Installers as required.

Deliver excellent service by building positive working relationships with both clients and internal support teams.

Attend client meetings as required.

Engage in company training as required.

Clean UK driving license.

Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the gas industry.

Experience in Heating Installation and upgrade work.

Current ACS qualifications

Previous managerial/supervisory experience.
