Customer Service/Administrator required for this permanent opportunity.You will be the key liaison between internal staff and clients.  You will provide proactive customer service, ensuring that KPI's are met.Duties:
  • Ensure diary bookings are effective
  • Oversee daily workload of clients
  • Format and send reports
  • Update the database
  • Book internal and external appointments
  • Ensure PO numbers are obtained
  • Keep clients up to date
  • General administration
