This role involves serving as the key liaison between internal staff and clients, ensuring proactive customer service and meeting KPIs.
Key responsibilities include managing diary bookings, overseeing client workloads, formatting reports, and general administration tasks.
Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate resilience.
The salary for this position ranges from £24,000 to £26,000 per annum, and a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Ensure diary bookings are effective
Oversee daily workload of clients
Format and send reports
Update the database
Book internal and external appointments
Ensure PO numbers are obtained
Keep clients up to date
