Reliability Engineer - Fixed Term Contract- Cambridge - £50k

Platform Recruitment have partnered with a cutting-edge communications company. They are looking to recruit a reliability engineer with a strong test background to support quality assurance, reliability testing and failure analysis.

This role will be a nine month fixed term contract which could turn into a permanent role at the end of this period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure products meet quality standards
  • Lead reliability planning and testing for systems in keeping with industry standards (JEDEC, MIL-STD-810 & Telcordia).
  • Perform Failure Mode analysis to identify potential issues and improve product design.

Key skills:

  • Experienced with complex engineering systems
  • Fault finding
  • Background within electronics or engineering and experienced with reliability testing and systems engineering.
  • Can develop and maintain technical documentation related to quality andreliability.
