Company & Project:
An successful Main Contractor operating across the East are looking for an experienced Digital Construction Manager to join their successful BIM team currently with 9 members. The business has invested heavily in their Digital Construction capability and this vacancy is plays a key part in managing best practice and providing support on both current projects and tender opportunities.

With an established regional office, busy pipeline of exciting and interesting projects in 2025/26, the business are continually innovating and growing.

The current pipeline of work include a Higher Education/Science New Build project and a large Defence project both valued in excess of £100m.

Their culture is progressive and ambitious with a focus on staff development and work enjoyment. With a stable growth plan over the next 2 years, our client is looking for a BIM Manager that wants to mentor and develop the skills of others.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will take responsibility for fulfilling BIM duties on projects.
  • Audit, support and monitoring workflow and supporting the delivery of design and build projects.
  • Adhere to ISO 19650 standards across relevant projects.
  • Monitor and oversee form completion across all pre-construction, to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure that Exchange Information Requirements and Asset Information Requirements are responded to and delivered across relevant projects.
  • Manage and maintain the common data environment.


Desirable Experience:

  • Knowledge and use of Solibri software is essential
  • Passion for BIM processes and technologies.
  • Previous roles: BIM Manager OR BIM Coordinator OR Digital Construction Manager OR BIM Champion OR Digital Lead.


Qualifications & Skills: HNC or BSc or MSc in construction/structural/architectural related subject and BIM Software Certification.
