About the Role:

As Enterprise Architect, you'll be instrumental in designing and delivering scalable, modern solutions that enhance client and colleague experiences. You'll work across internal teams and external partners to modernise legacy systems, reduce technical debt, and introduce cutting-edge technologies that align with strategic business goals. You'll bring a strong background in enterprise or solutions architecture, ideally within professional services. You're confident working in agile, product-led environments and have a passion for enabling transformation through technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution design and architecture across internal and client-facing platforms
  • Shape and deliver the firm's technology strategy
  • Champion innovation and digital transformation
  • Collaborate with legal professionals to enhance service delivery through tech
  • Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle
  • Ensure seamless integration and data integrity across systems
  • Stay ahead of emerging tech trends and identify opportunities for adoption

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in enterprise architecture
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure), integration patterns, and DevSecOps
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience with agile delivery and cross-functional teams
  • A user-centric mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes

Desirable:

  • Experience with legal tech platforms (PMS, DMS, workflow automation)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, BI tools, and data analytics
