This is a full-time, permanent role supporting the planning and delivery of world-class learning experiences for senior leaders from across the globe.You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your role will be essential to ensuring the successful execution of dynamic, high-impact leadership programmes—both in-person and online.About the Role As a Programme Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end project management of open enrolment programmes. From planning logistics and coordinating faculty to overseeing live events and ensuring an outstanding participant experience, you’ll be at the heart of each programme's success.This is a varied role that combines event management, stakeholder coordination, digital delivery support, and continuous improvement, making it ideal for someone with a passion for learning environments, customer service, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of programme delivery from initial planning to post-event feedback and debrief
  • Coordinate logistics including accommodation, catering, travel, AV, digital setup, and virtual learning environments (VLE)
  • Support participants, faculty, and speakers throughout the learning journey
  • Lead rehearsals and briefings to ensure smooth delivery of each programme
  • Maintain programme records, budgets, timelines, and quality standards
  • Facilitate feedback collection and analysis for ongoing improvement
  • Work flexibly to support events, including occasional evenings and weekends
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in project or event management, ideally within a learning or education context
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a high standard of service delivery
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and faculty
  • Comfortable with digital platforms (Zoom, Teams) and learning tools
  • Familiarity with hybrid working and flexible scheduling
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
  • A project management qualification (e.g. APM, Prince2) is desirable
