- Manage all aspects of programme delivery from initial planning to post-event feedback and debrief
- Coordinate logistics including accommodation, catering, travel, AV, digital setup, and virtual learning environments (VLE)
- Support participants, faculty, and speakers throughout the learning journey
- Lead rehearsals and briefings to ensure smooth delivery of each programme
- Maintain programme records, budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Facilitate feedback collection and analysis for ongoing improvement
- Work flexibly to support events, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Experience in project or event management, ideally within a learning or education context
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with a high standard of service delivery
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and faculty
- Comfortable with digital platforms (Zoom, Teams) and learning tools
- Familiarity with hybrid working and flexible scheduling
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
- A project management qualification (e.g. APM, Prince2) is desirable
