Based in the west of Cambridge, they have fantastic offices with plenty of parking!

You'll report to the Operations Director and be the go-to person for:

?? Keeping their building running like clockwork; from utilities and maintenance to grounds care?? Ensuring our company cars are serviced and ready?? Organising training sessions that wow their customers and empower their sales team?? Stocking supplies and keeping their office running seamlessly ?? Helping new employees settle in and planning fantastic company events?? Supporting workplace improvements and always suggesting how they can do better

  • Super organised and detail-driven

  • Strong administrator with excellent IT skills
  • A great communicator (friendly and professional with everyone)

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office

  • Discreet, courteous, and proactive

  • £28,000 - £38,000 (depending on what you bring to the role) + a pathway to grow as we grow

  • 37.5 hours per week with flexible working hours

  • 26 days' holiday (rising to 28 days) + bank holidays
