Interested applicants must have a proven track record of working at this level and be able to excel in the following areas:Responsibilities include:* Be the first point of call to senior leaders across key business departments for financial and strategic insight.* Ensure leaders are showing cost discipline by challenging thoughts and decisions in a constructive manner with a holistic perspective. * Build relationships to develop a deep understanding of the business and the drivers of financial performance.* Provide transparent and actionable budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with the company's growth strategy.* Deliver accurate, insightful and timely financial reports to senior stakeholders.* Develop robust financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decision making and optimise business performance.* Monitor key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities and proactively recommending corrective actions.* Support ROI analysis and scenario modelling.* Enhance FP&A processes, leveraging automation and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.The Wish List:* Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA* A technically strong skill set subsequently enhanced with strong business partnering capabilities.
