Pure are recruiting a Finance Manager to work for a growing manufacturing business based in Cambridge. As the Finance Manager you will be the key finance liaison for the operations in the UK and internationally, acting as a critical expert and trusted partner for local entities.You will work closely with the consolidation team, divisional FP&A, and local management to ensure accurate reporting, compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.You will drive monthly closings, lead audits, and manage tax filings—ensuring that everything runs smoothly and meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.The key responsibilities are as follows -
  • Drive the monthly financial close process and ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP
  • Analyse financial KPIs including profitability, OPEX, CAPEX, cash flow, and working capital
  • Coordinate audits and act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and file local statutory accounts and tax declarations
  • Identify financial risks and propose practical solutions
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making
  • Collaborate across functions and geographies to streamline end-to-end processes

You must have proven experience of working within a manufacturing environment and have managed a small finance function, you will have expertise in IFRS, UKGAAP and financial reporting.
