As an Outsourcing Manager, you'll be a vital part of their Outsourcing department, which has quadrupled in size in the last two years to meet the growing demand from an expanding client base. This is your chance to thrive in a dynamic environment where you'll work with entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses, offering tailored services to meet their finance function needs.What You'll Do:As an Outsourcing Manager, you will take ownership of a varied and demanding portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities will include:- Managing the delivery of outsourcing assignments, including review of monthly/quarterly management accounts, VAT returns, bookkeeping, and cash flow reports.- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on finance functions, VAT compliance, and tax investigations.- Overseeing the onboarding of new clients, advising on optimum processes and systems.- Managing a team of trainee, assistant, and management accountants, while offering guidance and training.- Leading fee discussions, billing processes, and ensuring deadlines are met.- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, enabling you to truly shape their businesses.You will also work closely with other teams to facilitate the delivery of additional services, such as annual accounting, payroll, and company secretarial services. Your role will involve being a proactive business advisor, ensuring clients receive the best financial solutions tailored to their needs.Key Requirements:- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified- Experience managing a portfolio of clients and delivering outsourcing services- Strong knowledge of cloud-based systems (Xero, Dext, Approval Max, QBO).- Proven experience in team management and line management.- Up-to-date knowledge of tax compliance, including MTD.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.What's On Offer:Our client values both professional and personal growth.
