Role responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end corporate tax compliance process for a broad portfolio of clients
  • Preparing and reviewing corporation tax returns and computations, ensuring timely submission
  • Advising on corporate tax planning including group structuring, R&D tax relief, capital allowances and corporate transactions
  • Liaising with clients and HMRC on queries, disclosures and technical discussions
  • Working closely with tax partners and senior managers on complex advisory projects
  • Mentoring and supporting junior tax team members with their professional development
  • Contributing to internal process improvements and technical training sessions
