The Role

You'll be part of a small, close-knit growing team, taking responsibility for a dedicated area of glass. This is a hands-on, technical horticutlure role where no two days are the same.

You'll be involved in:

  • Crop walking and monitoring plant health.
  • Managing pests and diseases
  • Following and adjusting growing schedules
  • Spraying and irrigation
  • General crop husbandry

You'll report to a highly experienced Technical Manager, giving you the chance to learn from the best and grow your skills in a supportive environment.

What You'll Need

  • Some horticultural knowledge, either from a relevant qualification or hands-on experience in a commercial nursery
  • PA1 and PA6 would be great, but training can be provided.
  • A practical, hands-on approach, you're happy pulling hoses and operating sprayers.
  • A genuine interest in plant production and a desire to develop your career.
