Key responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Employment Professional Support Unit
Act as a senior technical authority on employment law
Create and maintain precedents, guidance, and know-how
Support complex and high-risk matters
Deliver training and monitor legal developments
Work closely with partners on strategy, quality, and innovation
About you:
Senior employment lawyer with strong technical expertise
Experience (or strong interest) in professional support or knowledge roles
Confident, collaborative, and commercially aware
Strong drafting, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
