We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regularity Affairs Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team.

This role will be pivotal in supporting their regulatory functions, ensuring that all client projects are managed efficiently and in compliance with relevant standards in the non-food industry.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. For the technical aspect of this role, you will need to have a background in regulatory affairs in non-food consumer goods.

As the Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be:

  • Review and approve product labelling and packaging for compliance with UK and EU regulations (e.g., CLP, REACH, Cosmetics Regulation, RoHS, WEEE).
  • Interpret legislation and ensure all labelling is accurate, clear, and market-ready.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, providing expert regulatory guidance.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and drive continuous compliance improvements.
  • Maintain meticulous records for audits and inspections.
  • Deliver and participate in training sessions, both remotely and in person.

As the Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will have:

  • Proven experience in regulatory affairs or compliance within non-food consumer goods (household, chemical, electrical, cosmetics, personal care, home fragrance).
  • Knowledge of UK and EU labelling and packaging regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
