My client is recruiting for a Student Development Manager toplan, manage, and deliver the Personal Development Programme for students, adult learners, and apprentices. Cambridge On site parking Learning and Development Hybrid working Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement personal development and enrichment programmes.
  • Develop materials and resources for tutors and teachers.
  • Manage student engagement through voice programmes and events.
  • Oversee teams providing pastoral support, enrichment, and learning resources.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor programme effectiveness and student progression outcomes.
