The Role:
- Train and assess plumbing and gas apprentices in line with college and awarding body standards
- Manage a caseload of learners and conduct regular reviews with employers
- Deliver tailored coaching, mentoring and progress monitoring
- Ensure learners are fully prepared for EPA (End Point Assessment)
- Provide constructive feedback and support learners with functional skills if required
- Travel between college campuses and employer sites as part of your caseload
The Person:
- Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing or equivalent
- Minimum CCN1 and CENWAT gas qualifications (essential)
- Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle (insured for business use)
- Passionate about helping others develop skills and succeed in their careers
