Looking to recruit a proactive and knowledgeable SHE Advisor to join a leading regional services contractor.

Offering up to 50,400 + car allowance and great benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with SHE legislation, CDM regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and lead incident investigations.
  • Provide expert SHE coaching and support to project teams, directors, and supply chain partners.
  • Monitor site safety and environmental performance, reviewing RAMS and project plans.
  • Maintain and enhance SHE Management Systems (ISO 14001, 45001).
  • Champion behavioural safety and contribute SHE expertise to strategic planning and bids.

Significant regional travel required - this role covers Midlands and South - Oxford, Gloucestershire, Cambridge, Peterborough, Birmingham.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate.
  • NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in Health & Safety.
  • Strong understanding of SHE legislation and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Willingness to develop knowledge around the Building Safety Act 2022 & BSR.
