This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business educator or industry professional seeking a career in further education. You will be delivering high-quality teaching to Level 2 and Level 3 students, playing a key role in supporting their academic and personal development.The Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive Business lessons to post-16 learners
  • Support student progress through effective tutorial and pastoral guidance
  • Work closely with colleagues and management to ensure an exceptional learning experience
  • Employ a range of assessment methods to meet diverse learner needs
  • Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement within the department

About You:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for education and student success. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience delivering Business qualifications in a post-16 or FE environment
  • A teaching qualification at Level 5 or a willingness to work towards one
  • A relevant degree or substantial industry background in Business
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to inclusive practice and continuous professional development
